Refund Policy

I want to give you the best possible service and are happy to exchange or refund items (excluding postage costs) for whatever reason if you return items to me in perfect condition in the original packaging and tags.

If you need to return an item, please email me louisabirdsalldesigns@gmail.com to let me know about your return. Then post it back to me in the original packaging in perfect condition for resale within 14 days of purchase. Please include a note of your order number, whether you would like an exchange or a refund and the reason for your return. Return postage to be payed by yourself.

If the item you have received is faulty, I will also refund postage and the cost of your return postage.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach me. I cannot be held responsible for non-arrival of returned goods. I suggest you use a tracked service for returns. Your statutory rights are not affected.
